Sa likurang pananaw (back view)

It has always a big importance and weight for me to look at a situation not only from its front-view but the other way around. See the consequence if not the other factors or people involved who contribute as well to the frontal presentation and event.
In the present system of UM Philippines, only a selected few, mostly leaders who have a national positions but not all, could recieve a monthly allowance ranging from P7,000 to P20,000 a month. This is due to the limitation of the raised collections from the donors and fundraisers. But we need not deny the physical needs of the leaders down to the local leaders and the full-time members too particularly those who have their family but work as fulltime volunteers.
During the last evaluation of the successful GPF 2007, it was heard that the CD threw all his anger and shout to all the leaders in their meeting. I could not directly get the real scenario on why the leaders, after all their hardships would still deserve to be treated like that by the CD as a representative leader of a church. Many local leaders and members who hear about it stumble down on that terrible and bizarre moment. That was also a part of the back stage scenario althoug the event has passed several weeks already. It was an evaluation meeting on the GPF 2007.
A local home member mentioned too that their local leader largely depended on one homemember's financial support for their whole delegations to attend the GPF 2007, i.e. travelling expenses, registration fees, foods and the like. The local center has not prepared a budget for their local delegation to finance their attendance to it. Largely, the homemember spent much for more than 30 members who joined their delegation from more than 400 kms away to Manila.
One affiliate group who has a major assembly too during the GPF 2007 has borrowed a large amount to make their required downpayment in Manila Hotel. Up until now, the borrowed amount is still unreturned far from the due date as agreed deadline of payment. Fly it high as they see the beauteous frontal view in the sky.
And where will all these sacrifices end up? Will there still be a national leader to stand in humility to recieve a shout of a CD infront of his local leaders and subordinates after a largely successful international rally is organzied and done? Until when will a CD remain so vocal in his anger and deem to shout to these humble and objective Filipino members?
